The Parade Upgrade - short-term safety improvements and long-term upgrades

This is the presentation that was made to Councillors on 25 May 2021 as part of a briefing to assist them to make Long-term Plan (LTP) decisions. They will be considering funding levels for this as part of the LTP deliberations which start on 27 May. Final decisions will be made on 30 June. The briefing gives information about what can be done in the short-term to improve safety on The Parade in conjunction with resealing work in late 2021, and provides comparative information about possible longer-term upgrade options.
